Turmeric Ginger Tea

If you're looking to change up your evening drink and add in some health benefits, start boiling some water and give this recipe a try.
1 inch knob of ginger sliced or grated
1 inch knob of turmeric sliced or grated
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 wedge of lemon squeezed
1 tsp of honey
Boil water and and all the ingredients. Let the ingredients sit for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
